Account cum Admin Clerk - 1 Position

Responsibilities:

  • Provide and ensure smooth running on day to day administrative duties.
  • Preparations of reports, correspondence and other documentations.
  • Ensure proper, complete and accurate and timely processing of documentations.
  • Proficient in computerized accounting (Knowledge in Microsoft Accounting is advantage)
  • Able to handle full set of account
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Chinese, English, Malay.
  • Able to converse fluently in Chinese and English.
  • At least 1 year and above of working experience in the related field.
  • Preferable female aged between 18 – 25 Years Old
  • Required software skill – MS Office.
  • Good interpersonal and Communication skill.
  • Knowledge in Creative Web Design will add to advantage.
  • Pleasant personality, positive attitude, initiative to learn and able to deliver quality job.
